Refund Policy

1. Free Tier

The Free tier requires no payment. No refunds apply.

2. Paid Subscriptions (Pro / Team)

We offer a 7-day refund policy for new subscriptions:

• If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund
• Refund requests after 7 days will not be honored
• Renewal payments are non-refundable

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused time
• After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier

4. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us will result in immediate account suspension. Please contact us first to resolve any billing issues.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@vortexhq.dev with your account email and payment details. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.
